At Balayza Aesthetics, we value your time and appreciate your business. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking or purchasing.

Service Appointments

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows or late cancellations will result in full charge of the session or loss of deposit.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

   

Courses & Training

• All course purchases (online and in-person) are final and non-refundable.
• If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments. Failure to do so may result in revoked access.
• Missed training dates will not be refunded. Please contact us in advance to reschedule if permitted.

   

Products (Skincare Shop)

• All product sales are final due to hygiene and safety regulations.
• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number for review. Replacements will be handled case-by-case.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
