1. Services
Balayza Aesthetics offers licensed aesthetic services including facials, body treatments, hair removal, body contouring, and specialized skincare treatments.
Booking Policies:
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Clients must complete a digital waiver prior to their first service. This form only needs to be completed once unless health conditions change.
Eligibility:
By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
2. Courses & Training (Balayza Academy)
We offer online and in-person training for new and experienced estheticians.
Enrollment:
- Course enrollment is final and non-refundable.
- Course access may include downloadable materials, pre-recorded videos, live instruction, or branded kits (in-person training).
- Payment plans are available; failure to complete payments may result in revoked access.
Use of Materials:
All training materials are copyrighted. You may not share, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.
3. Online Shop & Products
Balayza Aesthetics sells skincare products through our online WooCommerce store.
Shipping:
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entry.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of skincare, all product sales are final.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo for review.
4. Affiliate Products
Our site may contain links to products via affiliate programs (e.g., GlyMed). We earn a small commission for purchases made through these links, at no extra cost to you.
We do not assume responsibility for the policies or practices of external sites.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or approved third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases and services.
6. No Guarantees
While we aim to help improve your skin and business, results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific skin outcomes, business success, or revenue increases from our services, courses, or products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including branding, text, graphics, course material, and visuals) is the intellectual property of Balayza Aesthetics. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Balayza Aesthetics is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions or outcomes from services or products
- Lost revenue, data, or opportunity from course access or delays
- Technical issues caused by user error or third-party software failures
Use all services and products at your own risk and discretion.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, course access, or purchases at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse, harassment, or violation of policies.
